This townhouse near liberty village was a dated and unappealing dark space. The client wanted a head to toe renovation with instruction to make the space modern, light, functional, and bright. This full three-story renovation included all new dry wall and electrical elements, all new bathrooms, and a new kitchen that doubled in size. The end result of this home felt more efficient and functional due to its transformed use of space. Although the aesthetic was minimalist and modern, the selection of natural and high-end materials enabled the space to feel welcoming and comfortable.
