The youthful demographic in the area was the main inspiration of this design. This semi detached home in Riverdale was on it's last legs. Aside from the perimeter structure, everything was rebuilt. The basement was dug and underpinned, new doors and windows were installed, a third story addition was constructed as well as a front and backyard landscape. We widened the staircases and reprogramed the entire space with additional partition placements. Light and functional spaces were of high importance and no expense was spared in completing this full-scale project.
